What we collect on this website, and what we don't. Last updated 2026.
The WhatsApp enquiry form on this site collects whatever you type into it — typically your name, phone number, and message — and hands it straight to WhatsApp on your own device. That message goes to the school's WhatsApp number, nowhere else; we don't see or store it until you actually send it. We don't run a separate database collecting form entries from this website.
If you allow it, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages get visited and roughly how many people visit — no names, phone numbers, or admission data. It uses cookies and records things like your approximate location (city-level), device type, and which pages you viewed. We do not load Google Analytics until you choose to allow it, and you can change that choice here at any time.
The Contact page shows written directions first. Google Maps only loads after you press its button; that request lets Google receive your IP address and browser details. You can use the written directions or call the office instead.
No child's photograph goes up without written consent taken at admission, and any parent can have a photograph of their child taken down by asking the office once, without giving a reason. See the Gallery page for details.
